What are your rates per square foot for painting projects?

Our rates are between $2.00- $3.00 per square feet. Rates will vary based on the condition of the property.

What brands of paint and type of products do you work with?

We work with top-line products and brands on the market such as Sherwin Williams, Miller Paint, Benjamin Moore. If you have a preference for a particular type or brand of paint we are open to requests.

How much do you charge hourly for painting or renovation projects?

Our hourly rates for painting or renovation projects range from $45.00 - $70.00 per hour. Every project is different so prices vary.

Do you provide a guarantee for your projects? 

Yes, we provide one year of guarantee for all residential painting and renovation projects 

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates in the Portland Metro area and nearby cities; including, Portland, Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Forest Grove, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Gresham, Milwaukie. For inquiries outside of our service areas, we may apply a gas fee.

Do you work on weekends?

We observe Saturdays to spend time with our family and attend Saturday Service. However, we are available by appointment on Sundays to accommodate individual needs.

Can you match the paint color of my house? 

With a sample of the current color, it can be professionally matched at most paint stores. The color is matched, on average,  up to a 95% accuracy.

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes we do. We accept cards payment with a 3.5% fee. Check or cash payments are free from fees.

Payments Accepted

We accept checks, credit, debit cards and cash. 

Cancellation Policy

If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, uncollected funds, or stopped payment you will incur a fee of $25 dollars per transaction.

Privacy Policy

All information collected is confidential and we never share our customers information to other parties or for marketing purposes.

New customers will get 10% off on your next purchase services of $1000 and up.

At Amazing Painting & Renovation LLC, we have taken the responsible decision to limit our services and increase safety measures, from April 9th to further notice. When Amazing Painting & Renovation  started a few years ago, we did with the mission of creating trust in our community by making painting and renovation experiences more amazing. Since then, we have always taken our responsibility to protect the well-being of our people and community seriously. It was with that responsibility in mind that we made this decision.

 

We also recognized that we are in a position to support the collective fight against COVID-19. Following guidance from health public authorities. We understand that practicing social distancing as much possible is critically important at this time.

 

At this time, we remain committed to serving our clients:

- Some safety measures that we have implemented to protect our customers include; 

  • All interior project will be considered only if we able to can obey the social distancing regulations

  • In interior projects where the home is inhabited by owner or tenants, we will isolate the work area with plastic covers to separate the inhabited living spaces in the home

  • Our team will wear disposable gloves, facemasks, and 3M disposable protective coverall safety workwear at each worksite as appropriate 

  • Invoices will be delivered electronically by email to increase contactless transactions

- We are committed to supporting your painting and renovation needs, and hopefully, be in mind with any painting and renovation fun at your home.
